Useful. Simple. Powerful where it counts.

Vigil Glass builds focused software for MSP operations, cybersecurity, and business management, and describes it honestly, including the parts we're still building.

We would rather ship a few products that are genuinely useful than claim every function belongs in one application.

That belief shapes the portfolio: Command as the MSP operating platform, Finance as a separate product for owners, and future products introduced only when their scope is real.

  • 01

    Focused products

Each product has a clear audience and job. We would rather keep products separate than stretch one application over everything.

  • 02

    Native where it matters

Command keeps its own records, so context is attached rather than reconstructed from other vendors’ APIs.

  • 03

    Stated limits

What each product can access is stated up front, and credentials sit in a vault, separate from documentation.

  • 04

    Powerful, then simple

Depth where technicians need it; restraint everywhere else. Density is a choice, not a default.

  • 05

    Evidence over adjectives

AI is shown through a worked example of what it actually does, not promoted with generic AI-powered language.

  • 06

    Honest status

In-development capabilities are labeled as such until production readiness and availability are verified.

Two audiences, two products

COMMAND

The people doing the work

Technicians, service-desk staff, project teams, security operators, and the leaders accountable for delivery.

FINANCE

The people running the business

Owners, executives, and financial leaders who need consolidated contract and financial visibility, deliberately outside technician workflows.

Claims match implementation

Marketing gets ahead of engineering in this industry constantly. We hold ourselves to a simple rule: if a control, capability, or AI behavior isn't implemented and verified, this website doesn't claim it.

  • Availability is stated per capability, not implied by the page
  • Built-in areas are distinguished from integrations
  • Security controls are listed only when implemented
  • AI shows its evidence separately from its assessment
  • Anything not available yet is labeled In development
