Pricing questions
Can we test it first?
Yes. Run a free 30-day pilot on up to 50 endpoints, with guided onboarding and a walkthrough of how Command works. There is nothing to pay unless you continue. During the beta, pilot spots are limited.
What counts as an endpoint?
A device running the Command agent. Windows is fully supported; macOS and Linux agents are available with fewer capabilities. Technicians, clients, and Microsoft 365 users are not billed.
Is there a minimum?
Paid plans start at 50 endpoints, which is $300 a month at list price. The free pilot has no minimum.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Billing is month-to-month. Prepaying for a year saves 10%.
Are EDR and DNS filtering extra?
No. Sentry EDR and Web Protection (DNS filtering) are included in the one price, along with every other module.
How is AI billed?
Bring your own provider: connect your own Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google, or self-hosted model. Your key is stored encrypted, and you pay your provider directly. We charge nothing for AI.
I am still in a contract with another vendor. Do I pay twice?
Not for long. While your existing contracts run out, you get up to 3 months of Command free.
