These terms apply to your use of vigilglass.com (the "site"), operated by Vigil Glass ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site and our products
The site describes our products, including Command. It is information, not a contract to provide a product. Use of Command is governed by a separate customer agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on the site.
Beta and availability
Command is in beta. Features, availability, and the beta program may change, and we label capabilities that are still in development. Places in the beta and its free pilot are limited and offered at our discretion.
Pricing
Prices and offers on the site are in US dollars, exclude taxes, and may change. The price and terms in your order or customer agreement are the ones that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. In particular, do not:
- attempt to break, overload, or bypass the site's security, or test it for vulnerabilities without our permission (see our security.txt to report one responsibly);
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms;
- copy the site's content at scale or in a way that interferes with its operation.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and the names Vigil Glass, Command, and our product names belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. Other product and company names on the site, such as Microsoft, Kaseya, Datto, IT Glue, and Autotask, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products; their owners do not endorse us.
Comparisons and third-party information
Where we describe other vendors, we use their own public information as of the date shown and link to the source. Their products and prices may have changed since; check with them directly. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free, complete, or uninterrupted, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vigil Glass is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
