Privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy explains what information Vigil Glass ("we", "us") collects on vigilglass.com, why, who processes it for us, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If your organization uses Command, the customer agreement and data processing terms for Command govern the data processed in the product.
What we collect
When you book a demo or apply for the beta
The form asks for your first and last name, work email, company, how many endpoints you manage, the areas you want to see, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you arrived from an advertising or campaign link, the form also includes the campaign details from that link (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, or an ad click ID such as Reddit's or Google's) and the page you first landed on.
Security check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address. Turnstile does not show you advertising or build an advertising profile.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and gives us aggregate statistics rather than a profile of you.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If you arrive from a campaign link, the site keeps that link's campaign details in your browser's session storage for the current visit only, so they can be attached to a demo request if you send one. Nothing is sent to us unless you submit the form, and the browser clears it when you close the tab. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for security.
How we use information
- To reply to your request, schedule a demo, and consider your beta application.
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to demo requests, so we can improve the site and our outreach.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add advertising measurement in the future (for example an ad platform's conversion tag), we will update this policy first and offer an opt-out where the law requires one.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security (including Turnstile), and analytics.
- Resend: delivers demo requests from the website to our inbox.
- Our email provider: hosts the inbox that receives your request and our replies.
These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service to us. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep demo and beta requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case your customer agreement applies. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the UK, and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights, such as data portability or objecting to certain processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process demo requests because you asked us to (steps before entering into a contract) and for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and securing our website. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, the form's secrets stay on our server side, and access to demo requests is limited to the people who handle them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. To report a vulnerability, see our security.txt or email us.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will make the update clear on this page.
